Mark Strater called the meeting to order at 12: 10 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Consider November 15, 1999 Agenda <br />The agenda stands approved with the following additions: open house discussion item and <br />mosh pits discussion item. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Routine Items <br />a. Motion to approve October 18, 1999 Community Recreation Board Minutes was made by <br />Paul Motin, seconded by Gary Eitel. 6-0. <br /> <br />4. DiscussionIBoard Action Items <br />a. Discuss Value of Citizens Work <br />Gary Eitel wil serve as the representative of the Community Recreation Board beginning <br />in January. 0 her suggestions were discussed for gathering input from citizens such as a <br />suggestion bo , evaluation forms, etc. <br />b. Discuss regist ation process <br />Motion was ade to begin Community Recreation registration the day the brochure is <br />delivered by irginia Wendell, seconded by Paul Motin. 6-0. <br />c. Discuss progr m delineation <br />All members f the Board support the list that has been developed thus far by <br />Community R creation, Community Education, and ECFE. <br />d. Open House <br />Community Recreation will have an informal open house on December 15 during the <br />business day. <br />e. Mosh Pits <br />Discussion took place about moshing at Emporium. No changes in the current policy <br />were suggested. <br /> <br />5. Staff Reports/Informational Updates <br />Attached to agenda <br />
