The City Council approved a General Planning Permit for <br />the 1999-2000 school year. Approval of the General Planning Permit included the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> 2. <br />. 3. <br /> 4. <br /> 5. <br /> 6. <br /> <br />That the parking lot meet the ten foot setback from the property lines. <br />The entrance from School Street be closed and vehicular access to the property be <br />limited to Jackson Avenue. <br />The surface of the lot be Class 5. <br />Landscaping to be installed along Jackson Avenue and School Street be reviewed <br />in the spring. <br />Some type of economical fencing be install along School Street at least to the end of <br />the school year. <br />The applicant process an interim use permit for future years after the City amends <br />the ordinance for interim uses. <br /> <br />The City will process the interim use amendment to the Zoning Code. Once that has been <br />completed, I will contact you regarding that process for the 2000-2001 school year. <br /> <br />Please contact me at 441-4902 regarding the above conditions 1-5.
