<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City Clerk's Certificate <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting City <br /> <br />Clerk of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that <br /> <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing City Council <br /> <br />resolution with the original thereof on file in my office, and <br /> <br />that the same is a full, true and complete copy thereof, duly <br /> <br />adopted at a Council meeting which was duly called and held on <br /> <br />the date therein indicated, relating to awarding the sale of the <br /> <br />City's General Obligation Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series <br /> <br />1999B. <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />Dietz <br /> <br />introduced the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution, the written presentation and reading of which were <br /> <br />waived by unanimous consent of the Council, and moved its <br /> <br />adoption. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br />seconded by Councilmember Motin <br /> <br />and upon a vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following Councilmembers voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: Mayor Klinzing, Councilmembers Dietz, Thompson, Farber, <br />and Motin. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />WITNESS my hand as such City Clerk and the official seal of <br /> <br />the City this ~hday of December' <br /> <br />, 1999. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />1079939.2 <br />
