First American Title Insurance Company <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2006 ALTA Plain Language Commitment Schedule B Commitment Page 7 <br />Commitment File No.: 1468049 <br /> <br />SCHEDULE B - SECTION I <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />The following requirements must be met: <br />(A) Pay the agreed amounts for the interest in the Land and/or the Mortgage to be insured. <br />(B) Pay us the premiums, fees and charges for the policy. <br />(C) Documents satisfactory to us creating the interest in the Land and/or the Mortgage to be insured <br />must be signed, delivered and recorded. <br />(D) You must tell us in writing the name of anyone not referred to in this commitment who will get <br />an interest in the land or who will make a loan on the land. We may make additional <br />requirements or exceptions relating to the interest or the loan. <br /> <br />(E) Taxes due and payable in the year 2017 in the amount of $2,960.00 are half paid. <br /> <br /> Base Tax: $2,960.00 <br /> Property Identification No.: 75-819-0010 <br /> Property is Non-Homestead (for taxes due and payable in the year 2017) <br />(F) There are no levied or pending assessments now a lien. <br />(G) Matters which a physical inspection of the land would disclose. The Company has ordered a plat <br />drawing and/or inspection and there may be further requirements prior to closing. If there are no <br />further requirements, this item will be automatically deleted (without an Endorsement being <br />issued). <br />(H) With respect to the conveyance to be made by Trustee, the Trust of Robert G. Stuttgen <br />Revocable Trust, to Regenscheid Investments Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation , obtain the <br />following for recording/filing: <br /> <br />a. Complete Trust Instrument, together with any Amendments thereto, containing an <br />unrestricted <br /> <br />Power of Sale, <br />OR <br />Certificate of Trust; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />b. Affidavit of Trustee; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />c. Trustee's Deed; <br />
