Cost Professional Fee Out-of-Pocket Expenses Additional Work B Springsted We have provided the City with a schedule of fees for completing each of the five tasks identified in our approach for assisting the City with this executive search. Interview Coordination/Employment Negotiation Total Proposed Fee Proposed Fee $5,000 $2,500 $2,500 $2,500 $1,500 $14,000 We propose to complete the entire process for the Community Development Director search for a professional fee of $14,000, exclusive of direct out-of- pocket expenses. Springsted would charge the City, at cost, for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Out-of-pocket expenses include, but are not limited to, travel and sustenance; overnight or messenger deliveries; conference calling beyond our internal capabilities; photocopying and mailing; advertising costs, video and/or interview costs; and, reference and background check costs. Should the City request and authorize additional work outside the scope of services described in this proposal, or subsequently agreed to by the City and Springsted, we would invoice the City at our standard hourly rates as shown in the table below.
