(WSB) is very excited about the opportunity to submit a proposal to provide professional services for the City of Elk River. WSB has wealth of experience in urban projects. We understand your requirements and intent to deliver a strategy and visualizations for the street furnishings in the downtown area as discussed in our briefing meeting. We have the knowledge and skills to prepare both written and graphic material to assist you in developing the future phases of this project and meet your goal of stimulating enthusiasm for the downtown area upgrades. As outlined in the attached spreadsheet, we will meet with you on site and take initial photographs in the nominated locations. We will develop a brief street furniture manual and four visualizations that will show both a before and after of the same location. The after image may have two alternative furniture styles or arrangements. We will develop the manual on the outcome of your internal stakeholder feedback and finalize the visualizations and manual to possibly include, seats, benches, planters, lights, banner poles, bins, bollards, or bike racks. This manual will not detail paving styles or other items, but these details can be provided upon request for an additional fee. We have proposed a highly-experienced group of staff, each with unique skills and experiences. We are confident in our ability to deliver a project of exceptional quality. WSB embraces collaboration and will work inclusively with you to deliver the best outcome possible. We propose a fee-to-not-exceed for this project of$10,908.00.
