Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2017. Please submit five (5) hard copies and one (1) pdf copy of your firm's proposal. Acceptance of Proposal Contents The contents of this RFP and attached information provided to the proposer will be included as part of the contractual obligations if a contract ensues. All information in the proposal is subject to disclosure under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13 — Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Proposed Milestone Timeline Submission of proposals Consultant approved by City Council Schematic design completed Construction documents completed Construction Begins Project Overview 4:00 p.m., September 14, 2017 October 2, 2017 November 1, 2017 February 1, 2018 April 2018 The intent of this request is to obtain the services of a qualified architectural firm, hereinafter referred to as the "consultant" to perform consultant services for the City of Elk River, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "city." Services of a multi -disciplinary team with extensive experience in the design of ice arena facilities, park design, landscaping, and construction plan experience is required to assist staff for the elements outlined in this proposal. Anticipated disciplines should include landscape architecture, civil engineering and structural engineering. Said improvements are shown in the attached concept plans.
