EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />1. Surface Water Management Fee shall be paid for one lot at the rate applicable at the time the <br />final plat is released for recording (currently $233). <br />2. Park Dedication shall be paid for one dwelling unit at the rate applicable when the <br />subdivision is released for recording. The 2017 rate for low density residential is $1,425.93 <br />per dwelling unit. <br />3. Any item or condition found that indicates the site is likely to yield information important to <br />pre -history or history shall be reported to the city immediately.
