<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />November 6, 1937 <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Town of Elk River met in regular session with Louis J. Specht and Oscar Engstrom <br />together with J.W. Playle who had been appointed to fill the vacancy caused by death of Albert <br />Gamm. <br /> <br />Present: \[not listed\] <br /> <br />J.W. Playle took oath and qualified as supervisor. Mr. Shaw and Mr. Bickford appeared before board <br />in regard to snow fence and was told they could construct brush fence and the Town would allow <br />them a reasonable amount.
