<br />_ requested the Council to consider charging $900 per acre for park dedication for
<br />;, the next phase'of the plat in consideration of the 31 acre donation.

<br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR LAFAYETTE WOODS 3RD ADDITION, CASE NO. P 99-4 WITH
<br />THE CONDITIONS LISTED IN THE STAFF'MEMO PLUS 'AN ADDITIONAL STIPULATION THAT
<br />$650 PER LOT BE CHARGED FOR PARK DEDICATION (REASON FOR $650 IS THAT THE
<br />:, FINAL PLAT WAS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE INCREASE IN PARK DEDICATION FEES).
<br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
