<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />any or all of the license agreement, the Licensor shall grant the licensee a sixty-six foot <br /> <br />permanent, irrevocable easement located along and parallel to the easterly property line over <br /> <br />that portion of the property over which the license has been terminated.
