License Agreement <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The Boys and Girls Club entered into a lease agreement for the land area under the <br />new building under construction. The lease area does not provide any space for the <br />construction of a freestanding monument sign. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Representative from the Boys and Girls Club approached staff regarding the possibility <br />of locating a sign on the Lions Park property. The proposed location of the sign would <br />be on the west side of the Jackson Street entry road at a similar angle to the existing <br />Lions Park sign (refer to attached site map). While no sign design has been submitted, <br />early conversations indicate that the sign would be similar in design to the existing park <br />sign. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
