Three establishments were closed. <br />1998 -Four out of fifty four establishments within Sherburne County sold <br />alcohol to an underage youth during compliance check operation, for a <br />compliance rate of 92.60/0. Four establishments were closed at the time the <br />checks were conducted. There were three new licensees in 1999 and seven <br />establishments have discontinued selling alcohol since last year. <br />
