The 6' -0" fence is scheduled to be installed on October 5, <br />1999. Screening will be installed in the fence on the east property line, beginning at the southeast comer of <br />the site and continuing north along the adjacent residential property. The portion of the fence on the south <br />and west property lines will be constructed without vinyl slats. However, these areas of the fence will be <br />designed for future installation of vinyl slats. At the time of residential development south of the County <br />property, vinyl slats will be installed. <br /> <br />I have enclosed an updated landscape plan for review and approval. <br /> <br />Thank you for your support regarding our variance application and landscape plan approval process.
