She also informed me that you requested that your <br />$100 deposit be donated to the City of Elk River. This was a very generous offer. <br />As you are aware, the park deposits are returned to the party reserving the park, in <br />most cases. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The city appreciates your generous donation of $100. The money will be placed in <br />the park fund to be used to benefit the park system.
