They will be stamped and signed indicating City approval. A copy will then be <br />returned for your files. As we discussed previously, the construction plans will need to be <br />signed by me indicating City approval. Please arrange a time for this to take place. Once the <br />final plat is approved by the City Council and the developers agreement is signed and the <br />proper security is placed with the City we can have a pre-construction meeting on this project <br />and then construction can proceed.
