A SEALCOAT FEE IN THE AMOUNT TO BE DETERMINED BY THE <br />CITY ENGINEER BE PAID TO THE CITY PRIOR TO RELEASING THE <br />PLAT FOR RECORDING WITH SHERBURNE COUNTY. <br /> <br />19. A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT. <br />THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE FRONT YARD AND <br />BOULEVARD TREES AND LANDSCAPE SCREENING AS REQUIRED BY <br />ELK RIVER CITY ORDINANCE. <br /> <br />20.
