I have reviewed lhe original draft and as we <br />discussed, I had lhe following concerns end comments: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />1 recommcnded that the Homc Owners Association responsihililies include the regular <br />maintenance pump out of the septic tank. This is a regular scheduled function that could <br />be VCJy easily included into the annual inspection. It is very likely that the inspection can <br />be more complete if the tank is pumped out at the time of ins pee lion. <br /> <br />2. I also bad concern with the limited responsibility of the Home Owners Association in <br />dealing with deficient systems identified at inspection. As we discussed, I think that <br />language needs to be added that allows for a limited capital improvement fund to be <br />established for system repair/replacement and the means to take corrective action if a <br />property owner fails to take appropriate step. after receiving the inspection report.
