All freestanding signs shall be setback a minimum of 10 feet from all property lines and shall not obstruct visibility or encroach in any drainage or utility easements. 7) Monument Signs for Freestanding Sites Each of the freestanding buildings within Mississippi Ridge will be allowed to have a freestanding sign. The freestanding sign must he a monument style with a maximum height of r 0 o avid a maximum area of 100 square feet.
