Police Chief; Gary Leirmoe, <br />WWTS Lead Operator; Michele McPherson, Director of <br />Planning <br /> <br />1. Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. the meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Vice Mayor Thompson. <br /> <br />2. Consider 9/27/99 Agenda <br /> <br />The following amendments were made to the agenda: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />It was noted that item 4.1 needed a 4/5 vote of the council and that items 4.2, <br />and 4.3 were related to item 4.1. Because Mayor Klinzing was absent and <br />Councilmember Motin would not be voting on the issue, due to a conflict of <br />interest the items were continued to 10/11/99. <br /> <br />Item #4.1, Request by Bridgeland Development Co. for Rezoning (R1 a to PUD), <br />Case No. ZC 99-7 -- Continued to 10/11/99 <br /> <br />Item #4.2. Request by Bridgeland Development Co. for Preliminary Plat (PreseNe <br />Estates), Case No. P 99-10 -- Continued to 10/11/99 <br /> <br />Item #4.3, Request by Bridgeland Development Co. for Conditional Use Permit <br />Case No. CU 99-30 -- Continued to 10/11/99 <br /> <br />Item #4.5, Planning Commission InteNiews - It was noted that one applicant had <br />withdrawn. It was also noted that there were two vacancies on the Planning <br />Commission and only one applicant. It was suggested that this item be <br />postponed until the city has readvertised and received more applications. -- <br />Postponed indefinitely <br /> <br />Item #6.2. Consider AJlina Medical Clinic Offer to Purchase City Property - This <br />item was postponed until a full council is present to consider the request. -- <br />Postponed to 10/11/99. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE 9127/99 AGENDA AS <br />AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consider Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Councilmember Motin requested the following amendments be made to the <br />September 20, City Council minutes: <br />
