Site Map <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />History <br /> <br />In February 1999, the City Council considered requests by LeFebvre Leasing for zone <br />change, preliminary and final plat and a conditional use permit. A public hearing was <br />conducted regarding these requests as well as for the sale of excess property of a <br />triangular remnant owned by the City that was created as a result of the 171st Avenue <br />improvements. It was agreed to convey this parcel to LeFebvre as part of the approval <br />process. <br /> <br />LeFebvre Leasing Company has conveyed the temporary construction easements <br />along 171st Avenue as required by the preliminary and final plat approvals. The <br />conveyance of these easements was required prior to the conveyance of the triangular <br />remnant from the City to the applicant. <br /> <br />The sale of the property is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />As the applicant has complied with the conditions of the land use approvals, staff <br />recommends that the City Council approve the attached resolution conveying City <br />owned property to LeFebvre Leasing Company. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
