He suggested setting up risk rates for <br />deterrnirning whether further review is required. <br />Mr. Portner noted previous issues citing the example of a builder getting an incorrect <br />survey because the wetland delineation laws changed, mapping not always being <br />current, and some need for field work. He further stated there are different <br />expectation levels now because Elk River is an MS4 city. He also discussed the site <br />plan review process. <br />Ms. Bednar noted most reviews are quick and it is helpful being on the front end of <br />the application before an applicant gets too far into the process. <br />Council requested an update on Pinewood financials. <br />Mayor Dietz stated the City Council will be going into a closed meeting per MN <br />Statute 13D.05, Subd. 3c to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the sale <br />of real property of 9950 165th Avenue NW. <br />II.
