The parcels ofland on either side are offered for sale at <br />$6.50 per square foot and we have submitted a purchase agreement for that price. <br /> <br />We arrived early and observed the EDA meeting. The focus ofthe part of the meeting <br />that we observed was to explore all avenues of incentives to open the door to new <br />development within the City. These include TIP, grants, low interest loans and no <br />interest loans. <br /> <br />We feel strongly that our development in conjunction with the superb Guardian Angels <br />development will provide on attractive solid anchor for your West Business Area. The <br />future economic impact to the city will be significant.
