Anne Anderson, school district representative <br />2. Asa Kingsbury, residential customer <br /> <br />If appointed, both terms would begin immediately and expire February 28, 2020. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Energy City Commission has two vacancies for commercial/residential customers and one vacancy <br />for a representative designated by a school located in Elk River. <br /> <br />The commercial/residential representatives must receive at least one city service – water, sewer, trash <br />collection, or electric delivery. Mr. Kingsbury meets this requirement. <br /> <br />Ms. Anderson is an energy consultant for the Elk River School District.
