I W"ould like <br />to receive authorization to make a conditional offer of employment to <br />Todd Besser from Brooklyn Park. Todd is currently a corrections <br />officer for the Washington . County Sheriff's Department. If Todd <br />successfully passes the psychological and medical exams, W"e W"ould <br />like him to start sometime the W"eek of September 13, 1999. <br /> <br />Secondly, W"e still have a COPS Fast grant position that has not been <br />filled. If the City Council W"ould like to fill this vacancy, I W"ould like <br />to fill it as soon as possible, so both officers W"ould go through the <br />field training process together. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, give me a call. <br /> <br />.
