<br />. <br /> <br />On July 1st, three break out sessions were held that allowed NCDA to comment on these <br />preliminary improvements. The groupings were as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Minneapolis - Coon Rapids <br />2. Anoka - Becker (west city limits). <br />3. West Becker city limits - Rice. <br /> <br />Also attached is a revised matrix that summarizes Universe of Alternatives for upgrades to <br />THlOffH47. We have divided THlOffH47 into 10 continuous segments starting at Hennepin Ave. <br />Bridge and TH 47 to Rice. Each segment represents series of different alternatives to THlOffH47. <br /> <br />Levels of improvements from minor to major are as follows: <br />. Access Consolidation <br />. Signal Coordination <br />. Frontage road <br />. Interchange <br />. Bypass <br /> <br />(Note: "Focal Access" locations denoted on the attached figures are access locations that have been <br />identified by MnlDOT as part of a preliminary long-term plan for managing access on TH 10.
