<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 99- <br /> <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br /> <br />S.P. 204-133-01 and S.P. 204-020-03 (Tyler Street) from 1715t Avenue N.W. to existing CSAH <br />13 in the City of Elk River, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this 9th day of August, 1999, by the <br />City of Elk River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter <br />be called the "City", WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City", has planned the improvement of Tyler Street, Municipal State Aid <br />Street No. 133 from 1715t Avenue NW to CSAH 12 and County State Aid Highway No. 13 from <br />CSAH 12 to existing CSAH 13 in the City of Elk River, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvements <br />. of this Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides <br />of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project <br />must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of the street at all times. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City of the City of Elk River this 9th day of August, 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
