WALKING TOUR ► RED CEDAR LANE NEIGHBORHOOD Red Cedar Lane is part of an area near Minnehaha Creek laid out in 1904 by Prairie School architect John Jager. Planted with rows of red cedars, the street is one of the most beautiful secrets in the Twin Cities. You'll start with a 20 -minute slide presentation at Lake Harriet Spiritual Community, 4401 S Upton Ave, Minneapolis, then drive a few blocks to the corner of Red Cedar Lane and Upton Ave to begin the walking tour.
