I think that <br />most everyone believes that this "sign board" will help the city in addressing <br />speeding areas and neighborhood concems. <br /> <br />If the council proceeds with this acquisition the most logical source of funding <br />would be the city council contingency fund. Monies are still available in this <br />1999 departmental budget. If, at the end of the year, all of the council <br />contingency has been spent, then the City Council can consider transferring <br />this expenditure to the equipment reserves or another appropriate reserve. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
