Resolution No. 99-_ <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The applicant requests a vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility <br />easement on the rear of his property. The easement includes the rear 1/3 of <br />his lot. The proposed vacation is a small pie shaped sliver which is 8 feet <br />wide at the widest point on the east side of the lot and comes to a point on the <br />west side. The vacation will allow the applicant to construct a 6' X 20' deck. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The applicant will have to provide a legal description of the proposed <br />easement vacation.
