These <br />improvements will be discussed at the upcoming NCDA meeting on July 1, 1999. <br /> <br />. These improvements are based on the following: <br /> <br />1. A review of existing transportation plans and capital improvement programs. <br /> <br />2. Meetings with the following agencies: <br /> <br />· Mn/DOT Metro Division, Hennepin County and the City of Minneapolis <br />· Anoka County and the Cities of Anoka, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Fridley and Ramsey <br />· Sherburne County and the Cities of Becker, Big Lake and Elk River <br />· Mn/DOT District 3, Benton County, St. Cloud Area Planning Organization and the Cities of <br />Rice, Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud <br />· Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. <br /> <br />3. Initial comments from the Technical Advisory Committee (T AC) <br /> <br />These improvements were presented to the T AC on June 17, 1999. The attached figures <br />include comments from them received as of June 23, 1999. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Also attached is a matrix that summarizes each improvement based on geographic location and <br />level of investment. The geographic groupings are based on the urbanized areas along the corridor. <br />The level of investment groupings are Low, Medium and High. Low-level investments typically <br />include addition oftum lanes and access management.
