If you have any further questions, please let me know. <br />Sec. 6-20. - Wild animal feeding prohibitions. <br />(a) <br />Purpose. The purpose of this section of the City Code is to protect the community from the problems associated with the <br />feeding of wild animals. <br />(b) <br />Feeding of non -domesticated animals prohibited; exceptions. <br />(1) <br />Prohibition. No person shall feed or allow the feeding of any wild animal within any area of the city. For the purpose of <br />this section, feeding shall mean provision of one -cubic foot or more of grain, fruit, vegetables, nuts, hay or other edible <br />material, either on the ground or at a height of less than five feet above the ground, in a manner that attracts wild <br />animals on a regular basis. Living food sources, such as fruit trees and other live vegetation, shall not be considered <br />as feed. <br />(2) <br />Exceptions. This prohibition shall not apply to veterinarians, city animal control officers, or city, county state, or federal <br />game officials who are in the course of their duties. <br />(Ord.
