Temporary basement floor jacks have been installed to stabilize 1St floor, indicating structural <br />deficiency in flooring system. <br />Combination of Deficiencies <br />1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br />a. Portions of electrical wiring in basement is improperly installed and needs to be rerouted. <br />b. Circuit breaker box has open slots that need to be filled. <br />c. House lacks code - required AFCI receptacles in living room, bedrooms and hallways. <br />d. Current forced -air system does not meet current heating and ventilation code and needs to <br />be replaced. <br />e. Areas of basement plumbing was not installed per current plumbing code and needs to be <br />modified. <br />£ Basement utility sink faucet with hose thread does not have code - required vacuum breaker. <br />2.
