The exterior color <br />will match the existing facility as close as possible. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />We will use this structure to store tools, supplies, resale inventories, and to park equipment, <br />keeping the area around the plant tidy. From a security point of view, the wheel loader, dump <br />truck, and various tools and supplies will be stored in a locked building, reducing the potential for <br />vandalism, or an attractive nuisance claim. <br /> <br />The proposed building site is just south of the existing redi-mix plant The gable ends are facing <br />cast and west with all proposed doors located on the north, east, and west sides. Please see <br />inclosed diagrams <br /> <br />The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (S 1/2 of <br />SE 1/4 ofSW 1/4) lying westerly of US.
