<br />The Northstar Corridor Development Authority met on May 6, 1999, at 4:30 p~m. at the
<br />Sherburne County Government Center, Elk River, Minnesota.

<br />1. Chairperson Wergin called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

<br />2. A motion was made by Gerry Donlin, seconded by Mark Stenglein
<br />and carried unanimously to approve the agenda of May 6, 1999, as presented and
<br />the meeting minutes of April 1, 1999, regular meeting minutes as presented:

<br />3. Executive Committee Report:
<br />
<br />a. Jeff Dehler, Anoka County Public Relations, reviewed the schedule,
<br />proposing firms, selection process, the work program and budget followed
<br />by the Executive Committee in making a recommendation to the NCDA of
<br />the selected Public Involvement Consultant.
<br />
<br />Shandwick International team members provided information on their
<br />background, qualifications and accomplishments. The proposed project
<br />budget was reviewed outlining the tasks to be accomplished.
