Will fully comply with all other requirements of this Code, including any applicable requirements <br />and standards for the issuance of a license or permit to establish and operate the proposed use <br />in the city. <br /> <br />The outdoor storage complies with all other requirements of this code including setback, <br />screening, and performance standards for outdoor storage areas. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br />We respectfully request approval of an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan to allow for <br />a building addition, accessory outside storage and site improvements at their existing business at 15683 <br />Jarvis Street NW (PID 75-501-0115) in Elk River.
