Based on our discussions, I <br />have modified the Pay Application to reflect charging liquidated damages since the facility is not ready <br />for full use in the amount of $500/day for the 31 day period between pay application 30 and 31. This <br />reduces the requested amount by $15,500. I recommend that payment be made in the amount shown.
