IF THE TRAIL CORRIDOR IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY ACCESS, THE TRAIL <br />SHOULD BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED TO SPECIFICATION SET BY THE FIRE CHIEF. <br /> <br />20.
