SENIOR HOUSING ANALYSIS <br />CONTINUUM OF HOUSING AND SERVICES FOR SENIORS <br />Fully Independent <br />Lifestyle <br />EJSenior Housing Product Type <br />Source: Maxfield Research & Consulting, LLC <br />Senior Housing in Elk River <br />Fully or Highly <br />Dependent on Care <br />As of October 2015, Maxfield Research identified nine senior housing developments in Elk <br />River. These projects contain a total of 412 units. Three of the projects are subsidized, while <br />the remaining six are market rate. Two of the developments are ownership (124 units) and the other three are rental <br />(83 units) buildings. Pullman Place is the newest market rate development built in 2005 and <br />is a cooperative ownership product with 65 units.
