Existing BP uses <br />. Ordinance 99-_ <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The Sherburne County Fair is presently a legal non-conforming use in the BP <br />(Business Park) zoning district. When the area was zoned to Business Park it <br />was not the intent of the City to limit or remove the fair grounds, but to plan <br />for the future use of the area. The ordinance amendment will allow the <br />Sherburne County Fair the ability to construct new structures and continue <br />operations as needed. <br /> <br />Ordinance Amendment <br /> <br />The amendment will add to the BP Business Park, Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />f.
