Further, the motion requests that the Attorney present the findings to the Executive Committee at its May 20, 1999, meeting, and lastly, that the Executive Committee Review the information and make a recommendation to the NCDA in June, 1999. A motion was made by Steve Billings, seconded by J.ohn Norgren to enter into the records comments presented to the Authority submitted by a citizen of Sherburne County who expressed concern with the Northstar Corridor Commuter Rail Line. The citizen urged the Authority to conduct a survey by all citizens along the Corridor to obtain their interest and feedback. No action take by the Authority regarding the survey. A motion was made by John Norgren, seconded by Patrick Cairns and carried unanimously to enter into the records comments presented to the Authority submitted by Medtronic, Inc. offering their support of the Northtar Corridor Commuter Rail Line. 12. The Chairperson notified the Committee that the legal services request for proposals was distributed on March 25, 1999 and is due back to the Authority by April 12, 1999. 13. Any member interested in attending the American Public Transit Association Conference to be held May 22-27, 1999, in Toronto, Canada, should contact Stephanie Eiler or Tim Yantos for information. 14. The next meeting ofthe Northstar Corridor Development Authority is scheduled for Thursday, May 6, 1999, at 4:30 p.m. at the Sherburne County Government Center. 15.
