TO VACATE THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON LEON <br />LEFEBVRE ADDITION, LOT 1, BLOCK 1 AND OUTLOT B WITH THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITION: <br /> <br />1 . THAT THE EASEMENT VACATION BE CONTINGENT ON THE PLATTING OF LEON <br />LEFEBVRE SECOND ADDITION WITH TEN (10) FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS ALONG THE PROPERTY LINES. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
