<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 99-_ <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the roads hereafter <br />described should be revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions <br />of Minnesota Laws; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Elk River, Minnesota, that the roads <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />MSA 128 - Baldwin Avenue form 5th Street to 3rd Street; and MSA 128 - Baldwin <br />Avenue from 3rd Street to Main Street, be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal <br />State Aid Streets of Elk River, Minnesota, subject to the approval of the <br />Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of Elk River, Minnesota, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the <br />Commissioner of Transportation for consideration. <br /> <br />Pass and adopted this 26th day of April, 1999. <br /> <br />Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sandra A.
