STREET LIGHTS SHALL BE INSTALLED AS RECOMMENDED BY ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL <br />UTILITIES. <br /> <br />10. A LANDSCAPE PLAN, CLEARING AND TREE PROTECTION PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED PRIOR <br />TO FINAL PLAT. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL INCLUDE LANDSCAPING ON THE CUL DE SAC <br />ISLANDS AND THE MEDIAN ON 193RD AND REFORESTATION ALONG 193RD WHERE <br />NEEDED.
