Agree
Disagree
I 'd say that 8 - 10 chickens could
be allowed on 2 - 2.5 acres.
I think the limit should be 20 or more. If people are raising to butcher a only
keep them for 6-7 weeks then take in to get butchered
I think that there should be a distinction between 'free-range' and fully
contained coops. 4 hens for free range would be healthy for the hens and
could be easily kept clean. If the homeowner had a fully contained coop, (for
example) no larger than 8'x 10', they should be able to house 8 hens.
You shouldn't count as long as they keep it clean
maybe 4 hens
You should be able to keep more.
None
On that much land (2 1/2 acres) you could have upwards of 30 or more
chickens easily. On an acre you could have up to 15 easily
No!!!
Should be able to have as many as you want, just as long as they stay on
property and kept for.
Maybe change the limit to 10-15
No limit they are paying taxes and should be able to have as many chicken as
they want
No limit.
12 hens
No limit needed
2
Freedom
There shouldn't be a limit
4 hens
Nothing less than 2 acres should be permitted
No limit
Should allow none
Depends on where you live.
4. The keeping of chickens on parcels between 2.5 and 5 acres is limited to 12 hens.
Limit to 12 Hens (2.5-5 Acres)
■ Agree
■ Disagree
Page 5
