ERMU Commission Policy—G.2de Commission Member Role, Responsibilities, and <br /> Orientation <br /> d. Delegation to Management: Limitations on executive authority that establish the <br /> prudence and ethics boundaries within which all executive activity and decisions must <br /> take place. <br /> e. Results: ERMU's outcomes, impacts and benefits. <br /> 3. The Commission will measure and evaluate the General Manager's performance against its <br /> Results and Delegation to Management policies. <br /> 4. Commission members will perform their fiduciary responsibilities to protect and enhance the <br /> value of ERMU, exercising due diligence and using sound business judgment consistent with <br /> ERMU's enabling legislation and other applicable laws. <br /> 5. The ERMU Commission of Directors is committed to excellent governance. This requires <br /> that individual Commissioners Directors be well-informed about ERMU, its customers and <br /> stakeholders, the utility business,prudent financial management, and the Commission's own <br /> governance structure and processes.
