Through the development, adoption, and ongoing <br /> support of an organizational vision statement, the Commission establishes a guiding statement to <br /> communicate both internally and externally where the organization aspires to be. The vision <br /> statement then plays an important role in inspiring the employees to engage and help support the <br /> organization in achieving their goals.
