Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Ovall to approve the conditional use permit request by Out Front Media, with the following conditions: 1. The CUP shall not be recorded until conditions three and four have been satisfied. 2. The CUP is not a building permit and all required sign permits must be approved by the building department prior to any construction activities on site. 3. Staff approval of the final survey and sign location. 4. Staff approval of landscaped plans and specifications outlining compliance with the standards set forth in Sec. 30-871(8).
