Open Forum <br /> <br />Jim Acers, Executive Board of Boy Scouts of America Central Minnesota Council, <br />th <br />distributed an invitation to the Council for the 14 annual Friends of Scouting <br />Leadership Breakfast. <br /> <br />6.1 City of Elk River Volunteer of the Month – Mayor Dietz <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz introduced, read, and presented a plaque to Sandy Leese, Volunteer of <br />the Month for April. He noted the following volunteering accomplishments: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CAER food shelf volunteer for more than four years. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Stocks shelves, packs and weighs special delivery boxes at CAER. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Works all hours CAER is open each week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Shows care for the well-being and staff at CAER. <br /> <br />7.1. Conditional Use Permit: Automobile Sales, Cheapest Cars Ever LLC, <br />17242 Ulysses Street NW <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to approve the conditional use permit request for automobile sales <br /> <br />
