Mr. Leeseberg stated that the applicant is <br /> requesting a variance to allow construction of a detached garage within the 35' front yard <br /> setback on his corner lot,which has two front property lines. Mr. Leeseberg gave a brief <br /> history of the variance request and discussed the five conditions that must be met in order <br /> for Council to grant a variance. <br /> Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue,Mayor <br /> Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br />
